I N S P I R A T I O N

This week’s design is inspired by, of all things, my shower curtain. Haha. And a desire to see more COLOR on my screen.

I was sitting there in, uh-hem, the lootoiletplace, noticing the design on our shower curtain and how the lines seem to create a new kind of chevrony pattern that felt curvy and pretty.

Inspiration can occur whenever and where ever. Be open to it, I say.

The shapeliness reminded me of those pretty domed Moroccan earthenwares (tajines) that I always think I want but not sure if I would ever use.

This is one of my favorite palettes. Colorful, muted, balanced. I think I’d like to repeat it in future designs, so if you’d like to see these colors again too let me know in the comments.

  This should fit most screens. Pick the one closest to your resolution size. :)
