Speaking of awkward… did you know that I consider all of my prints as experiments? Awkward, weird, beautiful experiments. 

I rarely have a plan for what I’m going to paint… I go with what I’m feeling in the moment. What ya see is what ya get.

Even if I don’t loooove a print at the time, I release it anyway. I know that later I will find something to love in it.

And I love seeing what people respond to. To see it new through their eyes.

Creating is one big process any way. Just like life. It isn’t perfect.

Perfection is a creativity killer. It is armor. Where can you release your armor of perfection?
