Stay open, but keep your heart protected. Heart open, fences high. LISTEN to your gut. Your body knows deeply what is good for you so trust it. It’s how humans have survived and evolved.

One thing I do to strengthen my intuition — dance! This gets me out of my head and into my body, where natural knowing lives. If you struggle with listening to that inner voice, get out and get that bod movin!
