Once upon a time I was freaked out and having an anxiety attack (which I RARELY have). I was ready to quit, to go back to my old way of doing things. But in the midst of it I somehow stood outside myself and said “hey woman — what the hell are you doing? YOU have power.”

And like a light switch, my power turned ON. I gave a middle finger to my victim-self. I decided that I have a choice in the matter.

I then planted my feet in the ground, sat up straight and took a deep breath. Then I danced off the bad energies I had collected.

This saying is a reminder to myself to never forget that I have power and am beautiful and marvelous like a monstera leaf. I hope it does the same for you.
