Vesper is a Red Tailed Black Cockatoo and she LOVES seeds. The female of this species has a beautifully speckled head with a barred red tail and the dudes have more of a red tail. I really loved the look of her head so wanted to play with adding white speckles on black, using titanium white. It was fun!
