Hiya is a Hyacinth Macaw and is the largest flying parrot species. Being blue, he really stands out — there’s not a lot of blue quite THIS blue in nature.

Parrots are really cool and beautiful and that makes them attractive to humans to want to keep as pets. Parrots are NOT good pets IMO since they’re loud, messy and destructive by nature. And shit do they bite haha.

If you are a good steward to a parrot I do applaud you but/and if you are thinking about keeping one cuz you think they’re neat I implore you to buy parrot art instead 😊
